Orders & Shipping
BezelShop provide free local door to door delivery. All shipments of BezelShop are handled by trusted couriers. Shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage.
Orders will be taken over from the warehouse during the 24 hours following receipt of the same and they are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 hours GMT+8:00.
We will arrange for shipment of your parcel within 3 working days following successful receipt of your payment. The delivery will be made exclusively to the shipping address specified by the customer when ordering. In case of impediments to the delivery due to force majeure BezelShop will contact the user by e-mail to inform him of the delay in delivery.
Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one unsuccessful delivery attempt.

The products are transported with adequate packing specially designed to ensure maximum safety of the products during transport. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or a mismatch between the number of items the user must immediately notify our Customer Service team at email@example.com with 24 hours upon receipt.
An email with the order details will be sent to you automatically once an order is placed.
