All watches come with a return policy, except for straps.
Any damage or wrong order delivered must be reported to BezelShop within 24 hours upon receipt. Thereafter, the watch must be return to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In the event if refund is requested, the watch need to be returned within 7 days from receipt date. Refund will be proceed as soon as the return item has been checked and accepted and will be refunded to the original account when purchase was made.

Return Terms and Conditions
- Shipment and insurance fee will be borne by customer. Having the watch insured is highly recommended as the watch will be your responsibility until we have received them back in our office. For return items that was shipped for free, the original shipment fee of USD50 will be deducted from the refund.
- All watches must not been worn, altered or strapped on in any way. Straps must be in perfect condition. Do not remove and original wrapping from the watch, bracelets/buckle etc. All return watches will be checked by the company to ensure all above mentioned is intact before we will recognise the return.
- All items received must be returned in the original state. Box, tags, packaging, warranty card, extra strap etc.
- The original box for the watch must be returned damaged free. And cannot be used as the external parcel package. All return item must be bubble wrap.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, customers must follow the instructions above. BezelShop reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
- BezelShop reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized. If an unauthorized return is accepted, BezelShop will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
- BezelShop will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
